I was alone on an early morning drive when I received an excited phone call from the Senior Warden of Lake Nakuru National Park giving me a tip off as to the location of lions. I went there quickly and the scene was worth it. There were 16 lions of all sizes by the side of the road. The cubs were playing on an old tree trunk and I took a series of shots of the scene.
