I stopped the car next to this Augur Buzzard which was on the bank next to the road, at the same level as me. I found it strange that it did not fly away. I looked carefully and noticed a snake in its talons. After a few minutes, I realised it was a baby puff adder, one of the most dangerous snakes in Africa. Dangerous or not, it seemed to be a good meal for the buzzard!
