Mangrove Kingfisher
This was one of my “target species” when I went on holiday to Mombasa. Haller Park provides loads of little paths next to bodies of water and I spotted this kingfisher on a low branch. I only had time to take three shots, two of which were blurred, before it flew away.
Nikon D700, Sigma 150-500mm OS at 450mm, F6.3, 1/320s, ISO 1250, handheld.
