This female leopard had killed a Thompson gazelle and dragged it up a tree. There was an old carcass already on the tree, showing that this tree was the centre of that animal’s territory. The leopard was sleeping on a high branch, in a bushy part of the tree. I had to do gymnastics in the car in order to put my lens in the correct position and take the shot.
