This was a very impressive scene. Early one morning, I saw a large group of hyenas in the distance. I got closer and realised that they had taken down a buffalo and were eating it. I counted 15 hyenas at the carcass, and talking to other guides later on, there were about 35 hyenas earlier in the morning. I had seen such a thing only once before, in South Luangwa national Park, Zambia.
