Conkers has many lakes and many black headed gulls. After watching them for a while, I loved the way they crashed on water rather than landed. I positioned myself to try and take pictures of the actual contact with the water. I used a fast shutter speed to freeze the water. I cropped the picture slightly to remove another seagull flying in the top right corner.
