This female leopard was the first I saw in South Luangwa in 2004. I saw her footprints several times over the following years but could not spot her again.
In June 2010, we saw a herd of pukus looking very nervous. We looked carefully and found her again... with a teenage cub.
They were hyenas nearby too and we saw the leopards sneak away.
I used my 500mm lens supported by a tripod and took the picture from the safari car.
