The staff at the lodge had never seen a gibbon. It was our first time as well. And to see it jump from tree to tree with its long arms was spectacular. All that on our first morning outside Sandakan, in Northern Borneo.

Les employés du lodge n’avaient jamais vu de gibon là. C’était notre première fois aussi. Et le voir sauter d’arbre en arbre avec ses longs bras était spectaculaire. Et le tout lors de notre premier matin juste en dehors de la ville de Sandakan, dans le Nord de Bornéo.
