When I arrived in Nakuru, in 2011, these 3 trees were about 200 metres inland. It was a good place to spot white rhinos or buffalos resting in their shade. Over the following 2 years, the water levels in the lake rose dramatically. I took this picture as I was leaving Kenya and now these trees are about 100 metres from shore.
