This was a photo I wanted to repeat as I had already tried in 2009. I was very lucky on my first night back in Liwonde National Park as the sky was clear, the moon was not up and McLoud was my guide. I asked him to take me to the Baobab near camp at 10pm. I set up the camera on the tripod (having done it before really helped) and we chatted away for an hour. The fact that I was also with Payam, one of my former students and excellent photographer made it special. The final touch was the elephants that were milling around in the bush next to us. A truly magical moment for a special photo!
