Lappet Faced Vulture at Kill
Lappet faced vultures are the biggest vultures on a kill in the African plains and we found this dead wildebeest covered in vultures early in the morning in the Masai Mara, during the migration. When the Lappet Faced came, it fought the smaller species in order to gain access to the carcass.
