Cape Wolf Snake Portrait

It took me about six months but the gardeners at school now call me instead of killing the snakes they see. Snakes are seen as evil in Africa, even the harmless ones, such as this Cape Wolf Snake. I loved the way it curled up and took the picture in my garden before releasing it there.

Nikon D700, Nikon 85mm Macro VR, F 9, 1/125s, ISO 1000, handheld.
