Lilac Breasted Roller on Tree Stump
I was on an early morning drive in Lake Nakuru national Park when I spotted this lilac breasted roller perched on a tree stump. With kingfishers and bee-eaters, the rollers are amongst my favourite birds. The colours on their plumage are just amazing. The light was superb too and I took the opportunity to take the shot.
