Lake Nakuru in Floods from Baboon Cliffs

Over the 2 years I spent in Nakuru, the view from the top of Baboon Cliff changed dramatically as the water levels of the lake rose considerably. On this picture, the old road is still visible on the right hand side despite the fact that it is underwater. 18 months before, the road was about 100 metres from the edge of the water. I also like the two hyraxes looking over the lake, perched on their rock.

Nikon D200, Nikon 18-105mm VR at 21mm, F16, 1/15s, ISO 320, handheld.
